My (perhaps mistaken?) understanding was that there were still things
the main DUB devs wanted to take care of before being packaged with DMD,
so you may want to chime in over there.

BTW, I think we should make the "dub describe" changes also prerequisite
for 1.0.0, as finalizing those might also introduce some breaking changes.
