Package Format Documentation Error 1000 Prohibited IP

When trying to view the documentation from code.dlang.org > Documentation > Package Format (SDL),

The following error is encountered at the URL: https://dub.pm/package-format-sdl 

Error 1000 Ray ID: 816e5340e9ee717b • 2023-10-16 06:43:01 UTC
DNS points to prohibited IP
What happened?
You've requested a page on a website (dub.pm) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare's system.

What can I do?
If you are the owner of this website:
you should login to Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for dub.pm to resolve to a different IP address.

There appears to be a server misconfiguration.

We had a temporary issue after moving DNS to a different CloudFlare
account. Should all be working correctly by now, though. Also, HTTPS
works now for the subdomain forwarding (e.g. https://dmd.dub.pm), which
was the original reason for the change.
