I have been trying to access dub for the last hour, but the website code.dlang.org seems to be down.
I can ping the server, but trying to visit the website it keeps loading forever.
I also tried to visit the website from my VM to see if the issue was local, but no luck either.
Does this happen often? are there any mirrors in case DUB goes down like this?
Website seems to be back up now, it was down for at least an hour though.

The website went down due to too many file descriptors in use. I'll
increase the limit and adjust the watchdog script to handle this
situation better.
There is currently no fallback mirror, but a rough plan to implement one
(just, as always, not enough time to do so, yet).
