I found these tutorials but I don't know how to build them with dub. I keep getting errors when I try. Would anyone be able to provide a step-by-step guide?

I'd open a bug report on opengl-tutorials' GitHub page. The referenced packages at least don't exist on code.dlang.org and I didn't find them anywhere else. My guess is that those were custom forks that have since been removed and replacing them with the matching libraries on code.dlang.org might work.
