Kind of reasonable but this is an area were distinction betwen dub-as-package-manager and dub-as-build-tool is worth thinking about - as far as I understand, dub is expected to support different build systems by design and thus standard file placement should be done for all supported ones (don't know if it is an issue with current implementation)
