Maintenance release for the 0.7 branch. This contains the fixes that
went into 0.8.0 and 0.8.1 backported to 0.7.31. In addition to the bug
fixes, DMD 2.076.0 is now also supported and tested. This release may be
the last one for the 0.7.x branch, it is highly recommended to start
porting applications to 0.8.1.
