That's a good point. And after thinking about it more, even without DUB
I think it still makes more sense for mysql-native to assume
Phobos-only by default and enable Vibe.d capability as an option. So I
think I will do that.
And it is exactly "Havevibed", right? Also, is that already
supported in DUB, or just in DUB master, or yet-to-be-implemented?
