Due to better cache use, the update performance of code.dlang.org has
improved tremendously, so that especially the "Trigger manual update"
button should have a much lower delay now.
However, a related change is to introduce a maximum cache time to
eventually remove any possible invalid cache entries (happens from time
to time). This means that there are currently a lot of entries being
kicked out of the cache and things may actually be slower than before
until the cache warms up again. This process should be finished within
at most a few hours.
