It can be done by hand (e.g. https://github.com/rejectedsoftware/vibe.d/blob/c4dccaeb20ca385360f25b8bab5889c5ca2ae5f3/dub.sdl#L35-L46), but there is no automated way currently. However, I've frequently had a need/use for this in the past, so I'd definitely like to see it added. I made a comment about possible approaches in ticket #520 a while ago.
