The minimum requirement for a hoster is to support running of custom binaries as an ordinary user. I think there are a couple of providers that allow this, even for non-root servers. But since virtual servers with full root-access are quite cheap these days, I would go for one of those. I can't really recommend a provider for that, tough (I'm using vollmar.net, a small german provider that has a quite responsive support, but I can't say how it compares to others from own experience).

I'm on Linode http://www.linode.com/ which has been fantastic.

Looks promising, but I can't find data about provided IP's on their website. How many for different plans? IPv6?

For any plan, you automatically get both an IPv4 and an IPv6 address.
You can get entire additional IPv6 subnets for free, and you can
purchase extra individual IPv4 addresses if you provide a technical
reason why you need it.

Details are here:
http://www.linode.com/IPv6/

and here:

I'm also on Linode and use vibe.d on it just fine.

Thanks, it was just the moment I started thinking moving own server with me all the time is getting inconvenient and started thinking about buying some VPS ;) Perfect timing!
