The Tango package has started to use proper versions but they are
missing in code.dlang.org. There's one version tag available,
1.0.0+2.066 [1]

It needs to have an additional "v" prepended, i.e "v2.0.0+2.066" (seems
to be the common GIT convention, so I went with that).
