The last two days I have waited for my package to be published and tried to republish it but nothing happened. Maybe it stopped to work because of the GitHub outage two days ago. Any help is appreciated.

I couldn't see what's wrong in the log, so it needs to be investigated
later with more verbose logging enabled. But the registry has been
restarted now, so the package should get scanned during the next couple
of minutes.
